Celebrating the International Women’s Day, Compass Group decided to adhere to some initiatives in all the CE Countries.

We also decided to use this recurrence to think about the balance between professional and personal life through the slogan #BalanceforBetter.

We are proud of the progress made so far: today 30% of our global Leadership Team is formed by women and we hope that this percentage continues growing.

We interviewed some of our collegues to understand what balancing professional and personal life means for them and how Compass Group contributes to this balance.
