Following this new law becoming effective, we joined a project (“Siticibo”) promoted by the Banco Alimentare Foundation to implement a campaign to collect unused food surpluses (destined for disposal) from our canteens, and share it to meet the food needs of those Facilities or Social Solidarity Institutions for the less fortunate.

Our Quality Management office drew up an operational protocol for that project, determining all the operations to be carried out and the conditions under which excess meals must be collected, stored and given to the beneficiary associations in full compliance with HACCP standards

Our company, in the event of being awarded the contract, is open to collaborate and help any Local Organization brought to its attention to offer food surpluses which result from meal preparation
